Are you a HsH-student and do you want to study a semester at one of the LABi³ partner universities (check out our partners)? We anticipate that you are interested in interdisciplinary issues, international cooperation and circular economy.
If yes, we welcome you to apply for a LABi³ Scholarship and expand your specialist knowledge and practical skills. You can pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree with us.
Applications are submitted via the online portal Mobility Online.
There are two application periods per year:
- 01 October to 01 November for the following winter semester
- 01 April to 01 May for the following summer semester
o Enrolment at Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts for the duration of the stay
o Study abroad in the Bachelor's degree from the 4th semester onwards, in the Master's degree from the 1st semester onwards
o Study at the partner university, usually for six months
o Planned return to Germany after the stay abroad with the aim of obtaining a degree at a German higher education institution
o Good knowledge of the teaching language; generally at least B1+ (B1.1) at the time of application and at least B2 at the start of the stay abroad.
Decisive criteria for selection are:
o Previous academic achievements
o Extracurricular commitment/activities (e.g. voluntary work in a club or university, part-time jobs, etc.)
o Meaningfulness of the planned stay in relation to the previous studies
o Existing language skills for carrying out the stay
o Interest in interdisciplinary issues and circular economy
Please take these criteria into account when preparing your application documents. After reviewing the application documents submitted by the deadline, all applicants who appear to be suitable will be invited to a selection interview. An award decision will usually be made within two months of the application deadline.

o Letter of motivation (max. one DIN A4 incl. current contact details such as email address and mobile phone number): Why do you want to go abroad for Labi3 in particular?
o Photo
o Overview of academic achievements (QISPOS grading system with all examination results)
o Proof of knowledge of the language of instruction
