The Language Center offers the students of the Hochschule Hannover - Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts training and continuing education in numerous foreign languages to accompany their studies. The courses offered include different levels of English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Finnish, Italian, Japanese, Swedish, Turkish and German as a foreign language.

For students with different mother tongues, we offer a tandem programme. Here you can expand your language skills in pairs and earn ECTS in the process.

The Writing Center is the central point of contact for all questions about writing at university and at work.

The Language Center is also a licensed examination centre for internationally recognised language certificates in English, French, Spanish and German as a foreign language.
